Local Government
The Mayor is the Chief Executive Officer of the Village.
The Mayor, along with the Village Board of Trustees is responsible for the
general administration and fiscal responsibility of government within the
Village. In addition the Village Board and the Mayor also serve as the Water
& Sewer Commissioners. The Mayor and Village Trustees are elected to two
years terms. Village elections are held in March of each year.

The Village Board meets at 7:00 PM on the third Thursday of
the month at the village hall. Except during the month of June when the Board
will meet on the second Thursday of the month. Meetings are open to public
and village residents are encouraged to attend. |

The Planning Board meets at 7:30PM on the third Wednesday
of the month at the village hall. |
|
|
|
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets as needed at the village
hall. |
